On Thursday I started again with a fire at 7.45 am. It took about an hour and half before the fire was finished. Got myself then ready for quilting was there an hour too late. Afterwards did some shopping.
The next morning went to a friend with the jinxed mower to get it fixed. It is going but it goes out. Had some morning tea with him. His wive was at work over 2 weeks she will retire and then they go to Hervey Bay. This is on the Sunshine Coast.
Yesterday and today I was working on my gollyville quilt. Gave Jaynne early her food and at 5 o'clock I was on the ride-on and mowing the left front lawn. It looks very nice now. Do not have to scrape the grass together. At 6 it was nearly dark and stopped. Got straight under the shower. Watch at the moment the movie Robots and after that we get Judge John Deed. Hi Rens je had wel een pittige week zeg, proficiat met DD's werk! Dat is een geruststelling dat ze een baan heeft, less to worry about. En nou hopen dat de mower het blijft doen, je hebt dus zo'n zit-mower met grasopvangbak? Heerlijk. Wat akelig dat er nu al branden zijn. Ik kan me er 1 herinneren als kind, staande op de veranda in Geelong zagen we verderop een bushfire en mijn vader hield het dak nat en had ballen in de afvoer gestopt zodat er een screen van water om het huis viel. Ik vond het toen heel mooi weet ik nog.
